With this shift of mindset, companies are certainly doing more to cultivate good mental health and resilience. Since covid-19 pandemic and the ensuing lockdowns, there’s a lot more emphasis placed on mental health and wellbeing within our society. Growing up in Singapore, I recalled any talk about mental illnesses is a huge taboo and will elicit raised eyebrows to being hushed off. Tribute to all my teachers and mentors on this special day!.
